Satyam Bhattacharya and Debraj Bhattacharya are back together in Abhinandan Dutta’s thriller

Satyam Bhattacharya and Debraj Bhattacharya’s camaraderie was lapped up by the viewers in Anirban Bhattacharya’s directorial debut, Ballabhpurer Roopkotha. After the success of the film, Rajababu Satyam and his manager-cum-friend Debraj are back together in a thriller. Directed by Ananta-fame Abhinandan Dutta, the web series also features Aryunn Ghosh, Shreya Bhattacharya, Ishani Sengupta, Lokenath Dey, and others. 

Written and directed by Abhinandan, the web series will be streamed on Platform 8. While there has been no confirmation from the platform or the cast and crew, the shooting of the series was completed in North Bengal. As of now, the working title is Death Of A Woman. The post-production of the show is on.  

Anirban’s Ballabhpurer Roopkotha explores the talent of Satyam and Debraj to the fullest. Their camaraderie, comic timing, and screen presence were liked by viewers and critics alike. After a comedy, it will be interesting to see their work in a thriller. 

Meanwhile, Satyam is a part of the Hypokrites theatre group. The group’s new play, Tobe Tai, will be back on stage in June. The actor took to his social media to announce the next date of the show. He is known to balance between theatre and film/ web series. Earlier, he spent years in the industry as an able assistant director.
