It's raining biopics in Tamil cinema. After Dhanush announced that he is starring in Ilaiyaraaja's biopic, another biographical film is in the making. Veteran actor Sathyaraj is all set to play the role of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his biopic. The announcement was made on Saturday.
It was announced earlier today that Sathyaraj will be playing the role of Narendra Modi in the upcoming biopic. However, the cast and crew of the film have not yet been revealed. It will be interesting to see how Sathyaraj, who once had played social reformist Periyar in the latter’s biopic, will be essaying Narendra Modi, the face of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party.
