Sasurbari Zindabad actors Prosenjit Chatterjee, Rituparna Sengupta, and Anamika Saha reunite and recreate a moment from the film

It was just like the mood of Binodini Roy from the film Sasurbari Zindabad (available on Hoichoi). Anamika Saha scolded Prosenjit Chatterjee in that mood in front of Rituparna Sengupta. She saw the incident and shared it on social media.

Evidently, it was banter in order to bring back old memories of their film, Sasurbari Zindabad. Director Haranath Chakraborty stood behind and smiled. The film was directed by him where Prosenjit and Rituparna paired and Anamika played Prosenjit’s mother-in-law Binodini Roy. 

This blockbuster was released in 2000. Anamika Saha brought back the memory. There was a special screening of Ajogyo, the 50th film of Prosenjit and Rituparna together, in Nandan. Many veteran Tollywood actors came and Anamika Saha was one of them. She was asked to utter the dialogue of Sasurbari Zindabad. Anamika turned to Prosenjit and said, “How dare you! What do you have? How dare you want to marry my daughter? You have nothing…worthless. Get out from here.” 

Prosenjit, Rituparna, and Haranath laughed at this dialogue. Anamika also laughed and held Prosenjit’s hand. Madhabi Mukherjee, Sakuntala Barua, Lily Chakraborty, Laboni Sarkar, Ranjit Mullick, Prabhat Roy, and Anup Sengupta were also present in the special screening of Ajogyo. They enjoyed the incident.
