Nani is busy with the promotions of his new film Saripodhaa Sanivaaram which is all set to hit the screens on August 29, 2024. There is a massive buzz for this film which Vivek Athreya has directed. The makers of RRR, D V V Danyya produced this film which has S J Suryah and Priyanka Arul Mohan in key roles.
Nani to team up with Deva Katta
Once Nani is done with this film, he will start a film with Srikanth Odela, who has directed Nani in the blockbuster hit, Dasara. Now, we have come to know that Nani is in talks with Deva Katta, the popular director, for a biggie.
The news in the film circles is that Nani was quite impressed with the script narrated by Deva Katta and gave a formal nod. Nani has also asked for a full-fledged narration and then he will take a call. As of now, Nani is busy with two films which he will announce soon.
Deva Katta is known for his cult film Prasthanam and since the release of the film in 2010, he has made only three films, and all of them have been massive flops. So, ever since the news has come out that Nani will work with Deva Katta, many are shocked to see Nani choosing a flop director.
If you go back in time, the director of Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, Vivek Athreya, made Ante Sundaraniki with Nani which ended as a massive flop. But still, Nani showcased belief in Vivek and gave him Saripodhaa Sanivaaram.
In the same way, Nani has also shown belief in Deva Katta and is all set to team up with him. When this project will go on the floors is the big question as of now.
