Back in July of 2022, Samyuktha was shooting for an intense action sequence for Abhishek Basant's Kreem when she slipped and tore her anterior cruciate ligament or the ACL. The actress would also share a glimpse of how the injury occurred and describe her mental state soon after it occurred, also thanking all her well-wishers for their words of support.
As far as Kreem is concerned, the film sees Samyuktha Hegde play the sole lead and in a recent interview with a media outlet, the actress described her character as a "survivor" who is extremely fierce and bold. Well-known author, screenwriter and filmmaker Agni Shridhar, who has previously written films like Aa Dinagalu, Edegarike and Head Bush, has penned the story of Kreem.
