Salman Khan wants to work with Aamir Khan’s ex-wife Kiran Rao, here’s what he said about her film Laapataa Ladies

Salman Khan just approached Aamir Khan’s ex-wife Kiran Rao for work. He took to Twitter (now X) to ask her to work with him. This happened after he saw her film Laapataa Ladies in theatres. The actor was last seen in Tiger 3 and has announced his next with AR Murugadoss and Sajid Nadiadwala. The same was assumed as Kick 2 but the makers have not confirmed anything on that front.

Salman wants to work with Kiran

Salman took to Twitter and wrote, “Just saw Kiran Rao’s Laapataa Ladies. Wah wah Kiran. I really enjoyed it n so did my father. Congrats on your debut as a director, superb job. Kab kaam karogi mere saath?”

Salman announces new project

Salman, AR Murugadoss and Sajid Nadiadwala officially announced their next project. The confirmation on the film comes soon after there was news about Kick 2 being in the works. While Nadiadwala had denied the news, he has announced the next project and it is an Eid 2025 release. Back in 2014, Nadiadwala made his directorial debut with Salman’s Kick. Ever since, there has been news about its sequel.

Salman’s last film and other projects his name is associated with

Salman was last seen in Tiger 3. The movie, directed by Maneesh Sharma, starred Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi along with him. Emraan made his debut in the YRF Spy Universe film and the Tiger franchise (the previous being Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai). More recently, it is being reported that even though Salman did appear in a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, he will not do so for the sequel or any other movies in the franchise.

Meanwhile, Salman’s name is also associated for a movie with Karan Johar and Vishnu Vardhan. He will also be seen in Sohail Khan’s Sher Khan soon.
