Murugadoss, the film has been generating buzz since its announcement, which intensified when rumors surfaced about a teaser release on Salman Khan’s birthday, December 27. The actor, celebrating his 59th birthday, saw the makers confirm the teaser news with an intriguing poster last evening. However, the teaser release has now been postponed due to the demise of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.
Sikandar Teaser Postponed
The teaser for Sikandar, originally scheduled for release today, December 27, in celebration of Salman Khan’s birthday, has been delayed. The postponement follows the passing of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on December 26. Directed by A. R. Murugadoss, the action thriller’s teaser will now be released online on December 28 at 11:07 AM, as confirmed by the official X account of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
The statement reads: “In light of the passing of our esteemed former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Ji, we regret to announce that the release of the Sikandar teaser has been postponed to 28th December at 11:07 AM.”
