Salman Khan reveals he was offered Aamir Khan's Ghajini but lost it due to anger issues rumours: ‘When did I ever get angry?’

Salman Khan Was the First Choice for Ghajini

Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, Ghajini is a remake of the Tamil film of the same name. The thriller features Aamir Khan as Sanjay, a man suffering from short-term memory loss who embarks on a quest for vengeance after a crime lord murders his girlfriend. The movie was a massive box-office hit and set new records. Over a decade later, Salman Khan has now revealed that he was initially offered the lead role.

During the press conference, when asked about the incident, Salman shared, "I heard about it from Pradeep Rawat, whom we affectionately call Ghajini. He’s a friend, and we’ve worked on four or five films together. Pradeep told me, ‘A.R. Murugadoss is disciplined and sincere. How will Salman work? Salman has anger issues.’ This came from someone who had done five films with me! I thought, ‘Okay.’ I never met Murugadoss after that, but if I do, I will definitely ask him—‘When did I ever get angry at you?’”
