The entire world awaits the release of Part 1 of Salaar but before that, one looks forward to the film's maiden trailer. Prashanth Neel & Co. are evidently striving hard to keep things under wraps as far as the key details are concerned, which could explain why the pre-release promotions are yet to begin in a full-fledged manner.

Not very long ago, it emerged that the Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire trailer could be out either at the end of August or early September. The latest reports, in this vein, inform us that the team plans on kicking-off promotions with more vigour once the trailer is out.

But for Prashanth Neel, turns out the main focus isn't just the trailer but also the final product and the same reports also reveal that he is fully immersed in the post-production process at the moment. Very recently, the writer-director was reported to have joined composer Ravi Basrur in the latter's studio in Basroor. We now learn that Neel is also overseeing all the post-production duties in the same village, cut off from the rest of the world for a while.

The main idea, though, claim the reports, is that he does wish for anything related to the Prabhas starrer to leak out. Only a few days ago, team Jawan was forced to take legal action against those involved in the leaking of their film's footage. With this aspect now proving to be a massive threat for filmmakers all around, the makers of Salaar are apparently leaving nothing to chance anymore.

Currently, Ravi Basrur is said to be working on the re-recording and background score of Salaar whereas Prashanth Neel is reportedly busy with other post-production aspects of the film.

Despite Prabhas' recent missteps in the form of Saaho, Radhe Shyam and Adipurush, Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire remains one of the most anticipated releases of the year. The teaser that came out a couple of months did make the intended noise but it was also met with some criticism by fans who felt the promo did no justice to all the wait endured by them. One now hopes to see the trailer offering a much bigger and better glimpse of the unique world created by Prashanth Neel
