Salaar, featuring Prabhas, is one of the most-awaited films this year. Fans are hugely disappointed, as there are not many updates about the action drama. The makers have confirmed that the film will be released in theatres on December 22, 2023, and that the trailer will be out on December 1.
Now, there is an interesting update regarding the shoot of the film. A source close to the film team has revealed to us that a special song is being canned in Ramoji Film City. A massive set has been erected for the same and popular Telugu heroine Simrat Kaur features in the special number.
Prabhas is not taking part in the shoot, as he does not feature in the song. The song was shot over the last three days and will be wrapped up today. The source adds that with the completion of this song, the entire shoot of Salaar will be wrapped up.
Salaar's post-production work
Already, post-production work on the film is nearing completion and plans are on for a massive trailer launch on December 1. Prashanth Neel is making sure that he does not compromise on the quality of the film and this is one of the reasons for pushing the release date of the film.
Hombale Films is making sure Salaar will have a massive release everywhere. In Telugu, the pre-release business has touched a record high for the Telugu states and this shows the craze for the film. Prabhas is back in Hyderabad after his knee surgery and will soon start promoting the film.
Prithviraj plays the main villain in this film, which has Shruthi Haasan as the heroine. Salaar will be released in two parts and the second part is expected to be out in April 2024. Watch this space for more.
