Sabdham trailer out: After Eeram, Aadhi and Arivazhagan are back with another horror film, now based on sounds

The trailer of Sabdham, the upcoming supernatural horror thriller film starring actor Aadhi Pinisetty in the lead role, has been released by the makers on social media on Wednesday. The film is slated for a release on February 28.

We had earlier reported that actor Aadhi Pinisetty and director Arivazhagan will be collaborating once again after their critically acclaimed film Eeram, for a yet another horror film called Sabdham. The film is set to release in theatres on February 28.

Ahead of this, the makers released the trailer of Sabdham. The trailer is dark, with a woman letting out a scream as she says she is experiencing sounds of 1000 bats screaming. The cut soon talks about audio hallucinations with Aadhi playing a paranormal investigator. We are shown the montage of various characters, as they all move towards probing a mysterious case. The sound seems to play a prominent part in the film.

Lakshmi Menon, Simran, Laila, Redin Kingsley, MS Baskar, Rajiv Menon, Vivek Prasanna are also part of the film. Written and directed by Arivazhagan, Thaman S has scored the music and Arun Bathmanaban has cranked the camera. 7G Siva has produced the film.

Where to watch Eeram

Arivazhagan and Aadhi collaborated in Eeram, a horror thriller film with a supernatural touch. The film is available for streaming on Google Play movies. Starring Sindhu Menon, Nandhaa, Saranya and others, the film revolves around a police officer investigating the death of his former lover. Eeram marked Arivazhagan’s directorial debut and was critically acclaimed for its making and take on horror genre.

Meanwhile, Aadhi was last seen in the science fiction crime comedy Partner, which was Manoj Damodharanin's directorial debut. Arivazhagan last made web series Tamil Rockerz streaming on SonyLIV.
