The Fall Guy comes from a tremendously talented and experienced crew. Directed by David Leitch of Bullet Train and Deadpool 2 fame, the film further benefits from his experience as an elite stuntman in the past. The Fall Guy is made by Bullet Train producer Kelly McCormick, Game of Thrones’ Guymon Casady, and co-produced by Ryan Gosling and Leitch himself. The epic adventure thriller is ready to release in theatres this summer.

The film is set to release in Australian theatres on April 24, before hitting UK theatres on May 2, 2024. The Fall Guy plot and what to expect
The Fall Guy is an ode to unpretentious comedies and criminally underappreciated stuntmen. It follows Colt, an experienced but ageing stuntman with an accident that has forced him to lead a working-class existence. But his life alters when he is offered a chance to be the stunt double for a renowned celebrity he once worked for, Tom Ryder.
And his life changes when he discovers the film is being made by Jody, his great crush and ex-girlfriend, whom he had ghosted unjustly many years ago. But when Tom goes missing and Jody’s directorial debut might fall through, Colt is forced to get embroiled with a bunch of shady assassins, drugs, and icy murders to help find Tom.
As a once-bitter Jody melts towards Colt, he better make it back safely with his cute pup. Full of humour, action sequences, and car chases, the film also broke a special Guiness World Record for the greatest number of cannon rolls in a car (8.5) while shooting.
