Runway 34: Rakul Preet Singh praises Ajay Devgn’s dual role as actor and director

The highly anticipated film Runway 34, starring Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh, and Amitabh Bachchan, is just a few days away from hitting theatres. In the days leading up to the big day, the cast and crew are doing everything they can to promote the film, which was directed by Ajay himself.

Ajay and Rakul have been giving interviews and talking to the media about the film and their collaboration experience. Rakul talked about Ajay Devgn's dual role as actor and director of the film in a recent interview with a news outlet IndiaToday.

Rakul has previously collaborated with Ajay in De De Pyaar De.

Rakul stated that Ajay was more of a director in Runway 34 since he had numerous elements to oversee, such as the scene, lighting, and perspectives. "The mood on the set of Runway 34 was really different, especially for him [Ajay Devgn] because he was handling so many things."

As he was more frequently the director in this film, Ajay Devgn was putting himself all over the place, putting up rehearsals with everyone and making sure every light was spot on.

Rakul Preet commented on Ajay Devgan's work ethic on the Runway sets.

Rakul also revealed that the atmosphere on the set was very different from the previous film they had collaborated on, De De Pyaar De, which was a light-hearted comedy.

Aside from Runway 34, Rakul will next be seen in Doctor G alongside Ayushmann Khurrana, Chhatriwali, and Thank God .
