Runway 34 new posters: Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan, Rakul Preet Singh brace for impact

Ajay Devgn's upcoming directorial is Runway 34. Back in November 2021, the star shared the first look poster along with the title of the film. Ajay has now unveiled new posters and motion posters for the upcoming film. In the photos, the actor-filmmaker is seen with Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh.

While sharing the posters, Ajay captioned it as "Brace for impact #Runway34OnApril29 @amitabhbachchan @rakulpreet @boman_irani @carryminati @aakankshasingh30 @angira @adffilms @kumarmangatpathak @vickssharma @meenaiyerofficial @panorama_studios."

Along with Ajay, Bachchan and Rakul, the film also features Boman Irani, Carry Minati, Aakanksha Singh and Angira Dhar in pivotal roles.

Earlier, while announcing Runway 34, Ajay had penned a note in which he shared that the film is based on genuine events. He revealed what pulled him to this film like a magnet without giving anything away about the plot, because it's an intense, high-octane thriller.

In his note, the actor asked the readers to close their eyes and imagine that each of us has been in a scenario in our lives where we have felt powerful one minute and absolutely powerless the next. We've all had those moments when we thought we could take on the world, only to be thrown off by the following situation. That internal "storm" that is messing with your emotions and pulling you apart; that tumultuous voyage that makes you wonder whether this is a nightmare. Is this a hoax?

Ajay added that these are the feelings that come to mind when thinking of Runway 34. The screenplay has fantastic highs and terrifying lows, as well as a mixture of jubilation and dejection. He had no intention of letting this script pass me by. He realised he had no choice but to make it.

What's more, Runway 34 gave Ajay and his co-actors Amitabh Bachchan, Rakul Preet Singh, Boman Irani, Carry Minati, Aakanksha Singh, Angira Dhar, and others an equal opportunity.

Runway 34 is slated for release on April 29, 2022.
