Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani teaser announcement: Karan Johar drops a new 'red' poster featuring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt

Karan Johar is making fans impatient with his upcoming film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. After releasing a series of first-look posters, it's now time for the teaser of the film starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the titular roles. However, ahead of the teaser, Karan posted a brand-new poster of the film featuring the leading stars.

In the photo, both Ranveer and Alia are seen twinning in red, and it seems like it was taken from a dance number. We can't wait to know what new things this romantic comedy film brings to the big screen.

Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan, and Sumit Roy wrote the screenplay for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, and Karan Johar was in charge of directing the movie. The movie's producers are Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios, and it also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. The director brought in Arjun Bijlani, Shraddha Arya, Sriti Jha, and Arjit Taneja for the film.

Meanwhile, Karan is returning to the big screen as a director after nearly seven years. Since he was the one who launched Alia in Bollywood a decade ago with Student of the Year, KJo is directing her again, while Karan will be directing Ranveer for the first time.

Moreover, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani marks the second outing of Ranveer and Alia on the big screen. They were romantically paired opposite each other in Gully Boy, the Zoya Akhtar film that was released in 2019.

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is slated to release on July 28, 2023.
