A feminist anthology unlike never before is making its way on to the silver screen in the form of Roar. The 8 part series explores the story of different women and seeks to tackle feminist issues through some very peculiar stories. The trailer for the series was unveiled recently, which gives viewers a glimpse of the chaotic stories in store.

Each story focuses on a woman who finds herself in strange predicaments. Among them include a woman who literally eats photographs; a woman whose partner turns her into a literal ‘trophy wife’ and displays her on a shelf; a woman who finds herself covered in strange bite marks; a murdered woman who tries to find her killer; a woman who finds herself ‘invisible’ as no one around her seems to hear her; a woman who tries to return her husband; a woman out for revenge and lastly, a woman who dates an actual duck.
