Fahadh Faasil, who is a popular actor all over the country, is not very active on social media. So, it was heartening when the actor shared a sweet picture with his wife, actress Nazriya Nazim, on his Facebook page to mark their wedding anniversary.

The actor shared a picture of himself and Nazriya looking at beautiful scenery from the banks of a river. He captioned the picture, "Thank you for the love. Thank you for the life. 9 years of Us."

The photo appears to have been taken in a foreign country and is credited to Amal Neerad, who directed Fahadh in movies like Varathan and Iyobinte Pusthakam. Amal also served as the cinematographer for Trance, a film directed by Anwar Rasheed in which Fahadh and Nazriya played the lead roles.

Fans and other celebrities have accepted the Facebook post and wished the couple a happy anniversary.

Fahadh and Nazriya got married in 2014 after reportedly falling in love on the sets of Anjali Menon's 2014 film Bangalore Days, which also stars Dulquer Salmaan and Nivin Pauly.

Why did Nazriya Nazim stop acting?

Nazriya, known for films like Ohm Shanthi Oshaana, Neram, and Raja Rani, took a break from acting after getting married to Fahadh.

She made a comeback to films in 2018 with Prithviraj Sukumaran's Koode. Nazriya has also co-produced films like Kumbalangi Nights and CU Soon.
