Nawazuddin Siddiqui is back with a new OTT project. The actor, who was last seen in the film Haddi, is now waiting for the release of his upcoming film, which is a digital release. Siddiqui will be seen in Anand Surapur's Rautu Ka Raaz. He has again donned the uniform of a cop for the movie. Starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead role, Rautu Ka Raaz is scheduled for an OTT premiere on June 28, 2024. The film earlier premiered at the 54th International Film Festival (IFFI).

It has been confirmed that Anand Surapur's film Rautu Ka Raaz will have its digital premiere on ZEE5. The film will be made available for streaming on OTTplay Premium as well.

The official trailer of Rautu Ka Raaz was unveiled by the makers on June 13, 2024. While sharing the trailer on Instagram, the streaming platform captioned it, "Jitna alag hai Rautu Ki Beli ka mijaaz, utna hi alag hoga iss murder investigation ka andaaz! RautuKaRaaz premieres 28th June, only on ZEE5 (sic)."

For those who are unaware, Rautu Ka Raaz is set in a village named Rautu Ki Beli in Uttarakhand. Nawazuddin, who plays Inspector Deepak Negi, has to solve a murder mystery in the film. He is tasked to solve the case of a warden's murder at a school in Rautu Ki Beli, where no crime has been committed in a decade.
