Ratnan Prapancha trailer: The Dhananjaya-starrer comedy film looks refreshing and hilarious

The makers of Ratnan Prapancha have released the first full length trailer for the comedy-drama. The trailer was dropped today on the occasion of Varamahalakshmi festival. The audience have been waiting eagerly for the trailer after enjoying a number of promising promotional videos that the makers shared earlier. 

The trailer opens with a shot showing Ratnakar, a middle-class insurance agent, followed by sequences depicting his relationship with his mother. Like most mothers, she is too trying to find a bride for her son. The exchanges between the foul-mouthed mother and her son are humorous and set the tone for the rest of the trailer.

The rest of the trailer also hints at the movie having elements of a road trip, with different characters seen at different locations. The trailer also shows them running into some kind of trouble, but does not fail the audience by losing any elements of comedy. The trailer promises a hilarious ride that is bound to have the audience cracking up. 

Bankrolled by Karthik and Yogi G Raj under the banner of KGR Studios, the film is helmed by Rohit Padaki. Ajaneesh Loknath provides the music and background score for the film while Shreesha Kuduvalli is the director of photography. 

Ratnan Prapancha which stars Dhananjaya also features Reba Monica John, Umashree, Shruthi, Pramod, Anu Prabhakar, Ravi Shankar, Vainidhi, Achyth Kumar and Rajesh Nataranga among others.

Dhananjaya was last seen in Yuvarathnaa. He is currently busy with many projects on his plate like Salaga, Daali and Head Bush. Meanwhile, this will be Reba's second Kannada film and her debut film Sakalakala Vallabha is yet to be released.
