Actor Rashmika Mandanna seemed to have had a harrowing experience during her recent air travel. The flight she was travelling in seemed to have suffered some technical glitches, leading to a distressing situation mid-air for her and her co-passenger.
However, no untoward incidents occurred, and all passengers, including Rashmika Mandanna, landed safely. After the incident, Rashmika took to her Instagram account and shared a picture of herself with her co-passenger, Shraddha Das. In the photo, both Rashmika's and Shraddha's legs are pressed against the front of their seats, seemingly bracing for impact. She captioned the Instagram story, "Just FYI, this is how we escaped death today."
According to reports, Rashmika and Shraddha boarded a flight to Hyderabad from the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai. About 30 minutes after takeoff, the flight developed an issue, forcing the pilot to return to Mumbai and putting all passengers in a tense situation.
On the career front, Rashmika has become one of the most sought-after actresses across the Indian film industry. While she made her screen debut in Kannada with Kirik Party in 2016, she went on to achieve great fame in other South Indian film industries too.
Rashmika became a household name, thanks to her performance in Telugu superstar Allu Arjun's pan-India hit, Pushpa: The Rise. She also shared screen space in Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay's last year blockbuster Varisu.
However, she caught the imagination of the movie buffs worldwide following the blockbuster success of Animal . Written and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal starred Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role.
Animal narrates the story of the protagonist with an unresolved father issue going on a rampage, ruthlessly killing enemies of his father. The movie is now streaming on Netflix.
Rashmika is also busy shooting for Pushpa: The Rule, which is sequel to director Sukumar's 2021 drama Pushpa.
