Ranveer Singh is considered one of the most versatile actors in the film industry, showcasing his talent across various genres, from modern love to period drama and thriller. It looks like Ranveer is not ready to stop just yet, as the actor is set to exhibit his talent in three upcoming action films. Contrary to rumors about having just an extended cameo in Rohit Shetty's cop drama, Ranveer will play a significant role in Singham Again, with a shooting schedule spanning over 50 days.

Ranveer Singh Blocks Next 2 Years

According to Pinkvilla, sources close to the development have revealed that, Ranveer has blocked his shooting dates for over two years. The source revealed, "Ranveer Singh will be filming his parts in the Ajay Devgn-led 'Singham Again' until the end of April. Although a substantial portion of his scenes is already complete, he has some remaining work that will be wrapped up by the end of April. Contrary to speculations, Ranveer has a well-crafted role in 'Singham Again,' extending beyond just an extended cameo."

Don 3 and Shaktimaan Update

Following the conclusion of Rohit Shetty's film, Ranveer will commence look tests for Farhan Akhtar's ‘Don 3’. Sources suggest that Ranveer perceives ‘Don 3’ as a significant responsibility, as he will be carrying forward the legacy of Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan. Farhan aims to commence filming in August or September of the current year, with a plan to complete the movie by March 2025. Subsequently, Ranveer will embark on his third film, ‘Shaktimaan’.

The source added, "Right after 'Don 3,' it’s time for 'Shaktimaan.' The film has been in the writing stage for over three years now, and the team has finally crafted a script worthy of doing justice to the legacy of Shaktimaan. The film will be directed by Basil Joseph, with Sony Pictures India and Sajid Nadiadwala as the producers."

On the work front, Ranveer is also exploring a South Indian project and is in talks with several directors. The actor was most recently seen in Karan Johar's film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’, where he co-stars with Alia Bhatt, Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra, among others.
