Ranneeti - Balakot & Beyond OTT release date! Here's when and where you can watch Lara Dutta and Jimmy Shergill's series

Ranneeti: Balakot & Beyond, directed by Santosh Singh, is an intriguing war drama that will soon feature on an OTT platform. Starring Lara Dutta, Jimmy Shergill, Ashutosh Rana and Ashish Vidyarthi in pivotal roles, Ranneeti's trailer was unveiled today on YouTube. The makers of this web series also revealed that Ranneeti: Balakot & Beyond will premiere on JioCinema on April 25, 2024. After the trailer was released, Lara Dutta shed light on being part of this grilling war drama.

Ranneeti: Balakot & Beyond OTT release date is out!

Speaking about her upcoming web show Ranneeti: Balakot & Beyond, Lara Dutta said, "The urgency, the split-second decision making and the pressure in a war-room is unlike any other. As actors, being able to translate those emotions in an honest and authentic manner is a tough task."

However, the actress feels working with the brilliant team of Ranneeti, she got a chance to grow as an actor with every scene and dialogues. Lara added that being from an air-force background and working on this series felt close to home.

Ashutosh Rana talks about Ranneeti: Balakot & Beyond

Apart from Lara, Ashutosh Rana shared his experience of working on Ranneeti: Balakot & Beyond. The actor said, "After every challenging show or film, I always feel like I’ve grown as an actor. Doing Ranneeti has been a crash course in India’s politics and defence philosophy.  Chanakyaniti isn’t simply a word but the mantra inside those walls of a war room, when everything is at stake!"

That said, Ashutosh mentioned being a die-hard patriot, it was difficult for him to play the enemy. However, he feels roles like these challenge him as an actor.
