Animal actor Ranbir Kapoor had been hitting headlines ever sine he commenced shooting for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. The actor’s photos from the sets, also featuring Sai Pallavi, went viral on the internet. Now we learn that the film has a new title. The working title of the movie could be God Power. Ramayana now God Power?

According to News18 Showsha, Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana is now titled God Power. They revealed a source stating the same, while adding that the makers took measures that more looks from the sets are not leaked. “Curtains have been put all around and the surveillance has been tightened to avoid further leaks,” the little birdie informs.

God Power behind schedule, will it affect Ranbir’s Love And War?

Ranbir Kapoor was supposed to commence Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love And War, also starring Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal, as per schedule. Although God Power aka Ramayana is running behind schedule, there seems to be a likelihood that Ranbir can stick to his original plan and begin prep for his SLB movie in August. Love And War will go on floors in November this year, and it is expected that Ranbir will finish the shoot for Nitesh Tiwari’s film by then.

Alia will also be caught up with work

Around August or early September, when Ranbir will be prepping for Love And War, Alia too will be caught up with YRF’s Spy thriller with Sharvari Wagh. It’s still unclear as to when Vicky Kaushal will join the shoot. Love And War sets are yet to be constructed in Mumbai.

Ranbir, after Ramayana (God Power) and Love And War

Ranbir became the name after working in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, so much so that it inspired the franchise, Animal Park. The actor is likely to commence shooting for the movie once Vanga wraps up his film, Spirit. There’s also speculation about Ranbir re-collaborating with Rajkumar Hirani after Sanju, but this time with 12th Fail actor, Vikrant Massey. An official confirmation on the same is still awaited.
