It's well known that Rana Daggubati shares a close relationship with Allu Arjun and Ram Charan, two prominent pan-India stars. The three friends constantly support one another's creations and performances. However, were you aware of the rumours circulating about an ego clash between them? Read on to find out more...
Film Companion recently questioned Rana Daggubati regarding any ego conflicts or insecurities between him, Allu Arjun, and Ram Charan. To this, the Rana Naidu actor smiled and said, “See, we're not running the same race; we're running very different races. Everybody has a different cinema that they pick.”
He added that each of the three actors has seen success in a different way and, of course, the tangible box office numbers are for all to see. However, Rana said that there are a lot of aspects they focus on.
Rana recalled a conversation about Pushpa 2 that he had with Allu Arjun regarding what they could have done better. “What else could we do better in Pushpa 1 that we did not do? Like, you’re constantly breaking your own product.”
He quipped that he prefers meeting Ram Charan and Allu Arjun a few months after their films release. Irrespective of whether it was a success or failure at the box office, they brainstorm about what they could improvise in the future. It is, after all, these conversations that help them grow.
Rana had revealed that Nene Raju Nene Mantri filmmaker Teja will be directing his next movie, Rakshasa Raja. The actor sports a tilak and vibhooti in the film, which sees him in a formidable new avatar. This was depicted in an eye-catching poster that was released by the makers. He is also seen wearing two gold rings on each hand and a cigar between his teeth, giving him a frightening appearance.
The actor will also be seen in Rana Naidu 2, the upcoming installment of his action-thriller web series in which he stars alongside his real-life father, Venkatesh.
