Actor Ram Kapoor recently left everyone impressed with his physical transformation. The actor's impressive weight loss of 55 kg inspired a lot of people to stay fit. While many lauded Ram's dedication to fitness, some people trolled the actor for reportedly taking Ozempic for quick weight loss. After several people reached out to him regarding his transformation, Ram finally issued a clarification on social media.

Ram Kapoor took to his official Instagram account and shared a video flexing his muscles. The actor dismissed the claims of taking Ozempic for his weight loss. The actor, who has worked across TV, OTT, and films, also refuted speculations of undergoing any weight loss surgery.

In the video, Ram said, "I have no best body. The point is, this kind of transformation requires hard work and long, long hours... no shortcuts, no surgery, no Ozempic. That only does weight loss, not this. Right? Within four to six months, I am going to get a rock-solid six-pack with blocks. That has to be done the hard way. Get it! But anyone who has done Ozempic or surgery, so what? Good for you all."

Kapoor mentioned that many people reached out to him to know whether he took drugs, Ozempic or underwent surgery for physical transformation. The actor posted the video to prove that he didn't opt for any 'shortcuts' for losing weight.

Ram Kapoor's comeback on social media

In December 2024, Ram Kapoor made a comeback on social media. He posted two mirror selfies on IG and stunned everyone with his new look. While sharing new set of pictures, the actor captioned his post: "Hi guys, sorry for the slightly long absence from Insta. I was working on myself quite extensively (sic)."

On the work front, Ram is best known for his performance in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Kasamh Se, and more. He also featured in projects like Jubilee, Khalbali Records, A Suitable Boy, Masaba Masaba, and many more.
