Ram Gopal Varma launches the teaser of horror thriller Nagham

Nagham is a supernatural horror film in the making, helmed by Narasimmha GD. The thriller features Ganesh Reddy, Vemi Mamatha Reddy, Ayesha Takki and Rajendra Kumar in pivotal roles. Siva Dosakayala has bankrolled the film under Vibhu Productions. Director Ram Gopal Varma, who was in the news recently for his erotic thriller Dangerous/Maa Ishtam, unveiled the teaser of Nagham earlier this week. While tweeting about it, he wrote, "Check out this unique Musically Horrifying thriller #Nagham Teaser." 

RGV had kind words to share about the film's execution and performance, from whatever little he got to witness in the teaser and wished them well for its theatrical release. The teaser doesn't give away much about the film's world but hints at a narrative with a lot of thrills, horror and supernatural elements. The makers are happy about the way Nagham has shaped up, especially in terms of its visuals and background score.

Devoju Linga Chary has penned the story of Nagham while Bhagawatth (Karunakar) has scored the music. Aravind B had cranked the camera for the same, with Kicchu editing it. M Narendra Babu is the art director and Sony Samba is the executive producer respectively. Sharath Chandra, Lucky Danayya M, Siva Dosakayala, Mercy Miracle, Gautham Mannava, Mani Gogisetti and Brindavan Ketireddi too essay important roles in Nagham. 

Meanwhile, RGV's production, Dhahanam, a web show tracing the series of faction wars within the Paritala family, is currently streaming on MX Player. His upcoming gangster flick with Upendra in the lead is believed to be a biopic of Muthappa Rai. More details are awaited about this project.
