Ram Charan, Upasana Konidela daughter’s name out; the baby will be called..

2023 will be one of the most memorable years for Ram Charan both on the professional and personal fronts. While his recent release RRR got Telugu cinema its first-ever Academy Award for Naatu Naatu, the star and his wife Upasana Konidela embraced parenthood as they welcomed a baby girl into their family at a private hospital on June 20.

The celeb couple expressed their happiness with the media fraternity, fans and the public and shared several images of their adorable child on social media as well. In a recent public appearance, the Game Changer star had confirmed that his daughter’s name would be made public soon. The naming ceremony of his child, held today, was a private affair amidst family and close friends.

Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan’s father, announced the name on social media. “And the baby’s name is ‘Klin Kaara Konidela’..Taken from the Lalitha Sahasranamam .. the name ‘Klin Kaara’ .. signifies a transformative purifying energy that brings about a spiritual awakening! All of us are sure the little one, the Little Princess will imbibe these qualities into her personality .. as she grows up..Enchanted!,” he wrote sharing an image with his wife, Upasana’s parents and the child.

The family members are seen donning a dhoti, traditional off-white saris in the image. The star even shared a video later, confirming the news, which bears the text, “With the blessings of chenchu tribal goddess, Bhavnamma Devi, we introduce you to our granddaughter Klin Kaara Konidela - Chiranjeevi and Surekha (paternal grandparents), Shobana and Anil (maternal grandparents).”

While interacting with the media on a light-hearted note, Ram Charan hinted that his daughter resembles him more than his Upasana. On the work front - he is awaiting the releases of Game Changer, directed by Shankar and an untitled sports drama by Buchi Babu Sana. He was last seen in a guest appearance in Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
