Rakul Preet Singh, who balances acting roles in South and Bollywood movies, never fails to impress the audience with her characters. Be it Yaariyan, De De Pyaar De, Doctor G, or Chhatriwali, the actress proved that she is a versatile actor.
Now, the Cuttputlli actress posted a moving story on her Instagram account where she thanked Bhumi Pednekar in a message for sharing her journey and encouraging her to do the same. She shared a bunk of pictures alongside her story in the caption.
It is clear from the first picture that Rakul had likely only recently begun her profession at the time. She also posted a photo of herself as a child, probably performing an act or a dance, and she added a few pictures from the beginning of her acting career. These pictures show an amazing transformation of the actress throughout.
In the caption of this post, Rakul Preet Singh reflected on her early years as a little child with aspirations of becoming successful in the film industry. With no prior experience in the entertainment industry, she set out on a hopeful journey that led her from modeling to competing in the Miss India contest to eventually seeking a career in movies. Like many other journeys, Rakul's was defined by ups and downs in emotions, including periods of acceptance and rejection.
The actress also recalled how living independently as a teenager and moving to Mumbai at a young age was one of the most difficult periods of her trip. She wrote: "Moving to mumbai and living all by myself as a teenager was a tough call .. from standing in ques for auditions to multiple calls to casting agent/directors , from signing films and being replaced many times to finally have made a place in your hearts everything has been a beautiful learning experience.."
