What made their wedding ceremony special?

Soon after the wedding ceremony, Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the families of Rakul Preet and Jackky. In a note addressed to the parents of the couple, the leader of the country said, “As Jackky and Rakul commence the journey of trust and togetherness for a lifetime, heartiest congratulations and greetings to them on the auspicious occasion of their wedding.”

Rakul and Jackky dated each other for about two years before tying the knot. They made their relationship official in 2021.
