Rakul-Jackky, together forever

Rakul shared various photos, starting with the moment she and Jackky realized they are officially husband and wife. The other pictures showed their beautiful journey to marriage and families coming together. From holding hands to sharing the stage with the fam, this couple lived their dream wedding.

Back in Mumbai

After their wedding on February 21, Rakul and Jackky arrived from Goa to Mumbai on February 23. They also got papped at Goa airport which was their first public appearance as Mr. and Mrs. Rakul donned a yellow anarkali for the airport look, while Jackky was seen in a similar sherwani as his wedding.

Rakul shares inside video from the wedding

On the same day, Rakul had posted an inside video from her wedding with Jackky. One can see them taking the pheras and the flashback goes to their haldi ceremony, sangeet night, phoolon ki chaddar and some fun time in Goa. The couple tied the knot at sunset, under the coconut trees.

Rakul-Jackky love story

Rakul was shooting for a movie with Jackky, which is when they started hanging around one another more often and fell in love. Co-incidentally, Goa was the place where they fell head-over-heels for each other. The couple was previously opting for a destination wedding but after hearing about Narendra Modi’s plea to promote Indian destinations, they switched their wedding venue to Goa. Their big day was an intimate affair and they pledged to go eco-friendly. This means that they would plant trees soon after their wedding. After finishing off all the rituals, the couple is back in Mumbai.
