Rajkumar Hirani all set to plunge in OTT space with Vikrant Massey playing the leading man? Here’s what we know

If there is one person who is right now the cynosure of all the eyes, then, it has to be the one and only film maker Rajkumar Hirani. The reason? Well… after having an impeccable and envious innings with films like Munnabhai MBBS, Lage Raho Munnabhai and many others, this prolific film maker is now all geared up with his most awaited film ‘Dunki’. For the unversed, Dunki is the very film which stars the eternal superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

The latest buzz is that, Rajkumar Hirani is now all set to take a plunge on the OTT space, as per a report in E Times The report stated that, the film maker is not looking at himself being a director of the series. Instead, he will be donning the producer’s hat and will be instrumental in giving his creative inputs towards the film. And the chosen one to star in this venture is the extremely talented Vikrant Massey. The other details about the cast and crew of the film are being worked out and will be revealed at the right time.

As for the film ‘Dunki’, the film stars Shah Rukh Khan. This film marks the coming together of Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani for the first time. Besides Shah Rukh Khan, the film also stars Taapsee Pannu as the leading lady. Besides them, one can also see the doe eyed beauty Dia Mirza, and the stellar performer Boman Irani in important roles in the film. There are also actors like Dharmendra, Satish Shah, Parikshit Sahni who will be seen in the film. Besides everyone else, Vicky Kaushal will be seen in a cameo role in ‘Dunki’. While Rajkumar Hirani will be directing the film, Abhijat Joshi and Kanika Dhillon will be seen as co-writers of the film’s screenplay. The film will be reportedly distributed by Pen Marudhar.
