Rajinikanth will appear in a never-before-seen avatar in Nelson Dilipkumar's Jailer, reveals THIS young actor

The shooting of Rajinikanth's much-awaited film Jailer, which commenced last year, is going on at a brisk pace. Amid speculation that the movie will hit the screens in August, Sun Pictures, which is producing the project, is yet to come up with a release update.

The Nelson Dilipkumar directorial is an acid test for both the filmmaker as well as for the Superstar. Their previous outings have been disappointing, and hence, moviegoers are eagerly waiting to see how their collaboration is shaping up. Ever since Mohanlal, Shivarajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Sunil and Tamannaah were roped in to essay crucial roles, the hype surrounding the film has skyrocketed. 

Vasanth Ravi, who plays a pivotal role in the movie, has now spilled the beans on Rajinikanth's character in the project. He has revealed that the numero uno Tamil star will appear in a never-before-seen avatar in Jailer and that it will be nothing short of a feast for his fans. 

Though he confessed that he is not at liberty to share something about his character, the Rocky star said that he has an important role to play in the film. He also considers it as a dream project as he got to work with Rajinikanth, which according to him, is a life-time opportunity.

Jailer, he said, will be a "killer film" and the video which has him saying this is doing the rounds on social media. Needless to say, Thalaivar fans are already excited with this revelation from Vasanth.

Anirudh Ravichander's music is expected to be one of the highlights of the movie which stars Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu and Vinayakan among others essaying key roles in it.
