Rajinikanth meets AVM Saravanan and SP Muthuraman amid fans celebrating Jailer release update

Fans of Rajinikanth are elated with the unexpected surprise from makers of Jailer. They announced that the action drama directed by Nelson Dilipkumar will hit screens on August 10. All eyes are now on the next update from the team.

Movie buffs have pinned high hopes on the film which features a bevy of stars from several industries. Kollywood is awaiting the comeback of Rajini and Nelson with this project which is one of the hyped movies in 2023. The Superstar's next is Lal Salaam which will have him play a cameo.

As his admirers are enjoying the release update of Jailer, they have now got another reason to celebrate. He visited veteran producer AVM Saravanan who has been keeping unwell. The star was accompanied by veteran filmmaker SP Muthuraman. The picture of the trio is going viral on social media.

Film lovers are taking a nostalgic trip down memory lane after coming across the "legendary photo". The three of them worked together in notable projects like Pokkiri Raja, Nallavanukku Nallavan, Paayum Puli, Mr Bharath and Raja Chinna Roja among others. 

Rajini collaborated with AVM Productions for around 10 projects with the last one being Shankar's Sivaji. On the other hand, the Superstar has acted under SP Muthuraman's direction in 24 films; Pandian was their last outing. Some of the cinephiles were curious to know if the trio is coming together after seeing them in the picture.

AVM Productions made their digital debut last year with the web series Tamil Rockerz which was dropped on SonyLIV. They are expected to announce their next project soon.
