Actor Keerthy Suresh was last seen in the period comedy-drama Raghu Thatha. The film released in theatres on August 15 for Independence Day, and is now all set to make its OTT debut very soon. Raghu Thatha will begin streaming on ZEE5 from September 13 onwards. Alternatively, it will also be available on OTTplay Premium, which can be downloaded from Google Play Store and App Store.

Popular actor Keerthy Suresh was seen in this year’s comedy-drama titled Raghu Thatha. The film was written and directed by Suman Kumar in his directorial debut. The filmmaker is a close associate of Raj and DK, and has worked as a writer in The Family Man series.
Raghu Thatha debuted in theatres on August 15 for the occasion of Independence Day. Now, after its theatrical run, the film is all set to premiere on ZEE5 on September 13. The film will also be available on OTTplay Premium.

Raghu Thatha is a period drama about a woman named Kayalvizhi who refuses to give bank exams that demand her to learn Hindi. A free-spirited and independent woman, Kayalvizhi is caught between choosing her principle and patriarchy, when she comes to know the real face of her fiancé. The film is told in a comical style.
The film is produced by Karnanataka-based banner Hombale Films which has also bankrolled the KGF film franchise and Salaar. The feature marks their foray into Tamil film production. The technical crew consists of cinematographer Yamini Yagnamurthy, music scored by Sean Roldan and TS Suresh as the editor. Raghu Thatha opened to mixed to positive reviews upon its release.
