There was a lot, Pushpa: The Rise did right to make it such a hit with audiences, giving it a successful run in theatres as well as on OTT. In addition to a dazzling performance by star Allu Arjun and action sequences that will leave you in awe, the film also features a beautiful soundtrack that took listeners' breath away. Composer Devi Sri Prasad, already a popular name in the music industry, proved his brilliance yet again composing the film’s soundtrack in five languages - Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam. The composer recently unveiled a special surprise for Pushpa fans by releasing an acoustic version of the film’s hit song, Srivalli.
The composer posted a video of the ‘unplugged’ jamming session on his official social media handles. Beginning the video by thanking audiences for making the Hindi version of the song such a hit, he introduces viewers to Javed Ali, who sang the Hindi song, and Raqueeb Alam, who penned the song’s lyrics. Prasad and Ali are then seen playing a beautiful acoustic rendition of Srivalli, with the former playing the tabla and the latter, playing harmonium and providing the vocals as well.
