Pushpa 2 worldwide box office collection day 11: Starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, Pushpa 2: The Rule is no less than a supremely successful phenomenon at this point. The movie, a sequel to a hit 2021 film, managed to earn its lifetime total in less than a week and then set out to not just break new records but set even bigger ones. The last 10 days have been about tracking what exactly the movie can achieve, and it has only left us shocked with its performance. The box office success of the Sukumar starrer is monstrous, and there is no way we can gauge what more it will do. So, on another day, another achievement for Pushpa 2: the movie is now the third-highest-grossing Indian movie of all time, beating RRR. You heard that right.

Pushpa 2 Becomes Third Highest-Grossing Indian Movie Of All Time

Pushpa 2 has been leaving behind milestone movies to become a milestone itself. It was yesterday when we told you how the movie managed to walk past RRR’s lifetime collection in India, which was ₹782.2 crore. Turns out that is not all. In the gap of a day, the movie has now dethroned the SS Rajamouli directorial from the third position as the highest-grossing Indian movie ever and pushed it to the fourth position. Read on to know everything you should about the same.

RRR, starring Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt, and a massive ensemble, was the biggest film of 2022 and probably one of the biggest films of the decade. The movie not only won an Oscar for Best Song (Natu Natu) but also broke records and set new ones, achieving unprecedented heights at the world box office during its theatrical run. As per various portals, RRR earned a lifetime collection of ₹782.2 crore in India and ₹1,230 crore worldwide net (₹1,300 crore gross). This was a massive number and still is for many films, but not for Pushpa 2, which has now beaten the Rajamouli epic.

Now, as per Sacnilk, Pushpa 2 had already earned a whopping sum close to ₹1,200 crore by the end of Day 10 worldwide. While the worldwide collections for Day 11 are awaited, the domestic ones are here. The movie has earned ₹72.15 crore in India, which means it has surpassed the worldwide collection of RRR even before the worldwide numbers for the eleventh day. Meanwhile, Pushpa 2 earned ₹897.65 crore net in India.

Pushpa 2, directed by Sukumar, stars Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, and an ensemble that is recurring from the first film. The storyline takes place sometime after the events of the first film, and we meet a now happily married Pushpa who still continues to have Shekhawat as a threat lingering around him.
