Pushpa 2 worldwide box office collection day 10: The world has been busy tracking the box office domination of the Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna-led movie directed by Sukumar. The sequel to the hit 2021 movie by the same team has managed to achieve numbers that are now triple the first part. In India, the movie is rewriting box office history in a very big way, where it has not only entered the Rs 800 crore club but also beaten SS Rajamouli's epic RRR by surpassing its lifetime collection in India. While that felt like a massive feat to celebrate, that is not all. On the worldwide front, where the movie is over a thousand crores strong, it has managed to beat Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, in a lifetime collection.

Yes, you read that right. Jawan stars Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Riddhi Dogra, and an ensemble cast that was widely loved. The movie, directed by Atlee and released on September 7, 2023, over a year ago, was a box office juggernaut that managed to earn a massive collection, putting the film on a high pedestal. Worldwide, the Shah Rukh Khan starrer had earned Rs 1,148.32 crore net as per trade portals. Turns out, Pushpa 2 has now left it behind. Read on to know everything about it.
As per Sacnilk, Pushpa 2 had a superb second Saturday at the box office, regaining momentum where the movie earned well at both domestic and overseas box offices. The movie has earned Rs 1,190 crore at the worldwide box office and, as it turns out, has left the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan behind by a huge margin.
Pushpa 2 Crosses RRR’s Lifetime In India
RRR, starring Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt, and a massive ensemble, was the biggest film of 2022 and probably one of the biggest films of the decade. The movie not only won an Oscar for Best Song (Naatu Naatu) but also broke records and set new benchmarks at the world box office during its theatrical run. As per various portals, RRR had earned a lifetime collection of Rs 782.2 crore in India. This was a massive number and still is for many films, but not for Pushpa 2, which has now beaten the Rajamouli epic.
As per Sacnilk, Pushpa 2 in the Indian market at the end of day 10 has roughly earned Rs 62.3 crore. As usual, the Hindi contribution is larger than all other languages. It accounts for Rs 46 crore of the total Indian collection. Meanwhile, the movie earned Rs 13 crore in Telugu, Rs 2.5 crore in Tamil, Rs 0.45 crore in Kannada, and Rs 0.35 crore in Malayalam. All of this brings the total Indian collection of the Allu Arjun starrer to Rs 824.5 crore, proving that the movie has left behind RRR by a significant margin.
