It has been a happening few days for Allu Arjun who tasted mammoth success through his recently released film. Even as the film crossed the Rs 1000-crore mark worldwide, the actor was embroiled in legal procedure after he was arrested in relation to the case filed after a woman died in a stampede at the Pushpa 2 premiere show.

As Allu Arjun was released on Saturday morning, December 14 after spending the night in jail, various prominent personalities from the film fraternity came to meet Allu Arjun at his residence in Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad.

Allu Arjun who was arrested by the Chikkadpally police on Friday evening, was let to walk out after spending the night in jail. The actor was held after a woman died at a stampede at the Sandhya Theatre where the premiere of Pushpa 2 took place on December 4 and Allu Arjun had visited.

Following the arrest, Allu Arjun was granted interim bail and reunited with his family. While his two children and wife Sneha Reddy welcomed him with a warm hug, Allu Arjun soon was paid visits by prominent film personalities, including his peers like Vijay Deverakonda, Rana Daggubati, and Naga Chaitanya. Directors Sukumar, Koratala Siva, Harish Shankar, Vamsi Paidipally, and others also came to Allu Arjun's residence.

Allu Arjun gets warm greeting from his friends after releasing from jail

Allu Arjun, who had to spend the night at the Chanchalguda prison, was welcomed by his two children, wife Sneha Reddy. The actor, who walked to his home followed by the press, went in for a tight embrace with his wife and son. Allu Arjun was seen wearing a Pushpa 2 merchandise hoodie, the same attire he wore at the time of the arrest.

Pushpa 2 has zoomed past the Rs 1000-crore club and shows no signs of stopping at the box office across the world. During its 9 days of theatrical run so far, the film has collected Rs 762 crore across languages in India alone.
