The shooting of Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 is going on at a brisk pace in Hyderabad. Some key scenes featuring Allu Arjun and a few other key actors are being shot in a specially erected set in Ramoji Film City Hyderabad for the last few days.
Rashmika Mandanna will be seen in a key role in this film and the news is that her role in the sequel has been extended by the director Sukumar. Going into details, we have come to know through our sources that the makers have asked Rashmika to allot 50 more days of her dates for the rest of the shoot.
50 days for a female lead is a lot of time and one gives an idea that Rashmika is going to be present for the most part in the sequel. When the sequel, Pushpa 2 went on floors, news came out that Rashmika would be seen as Pushpa's wife and her role would be limited in the sequel.
But the source says ever since Sukumar saw her performance in Animal, he has re-written her part in the sequel and that is the reason, the makers have asked her for 50 more days for the shoot. Rashmika gave a rocking performance in Animal and shocked one and all. The way she played a village girl in Pushpa also showcased how versatile she can be as an actor.
As of now, she has wrapped up most of her part and now this new twist has come in. As she is working in multiple languages, giving dates to multiple films has become an issue. Giving 50 days is no small joke and we need to see how Rashmika handles this interesting situation from here on.
