Pushpa 2 locks its OTT release date

We at OTTplay have already reported that Netflix acquired the digital rights to Pushpa 2 for a record-breaking price, the highest ever for a Telugu film. The latest news is that the movie will be available for streaming on Netflix from January 30, 2025. 

Mythri Movie Makers have made substantial profits with this OTT deal. Once Pushpa 2 lands on Netflix, it's expected to clock massive streaming minutes. Meanwhile, the Hindi box office collections were record-breaking as the film grossed over Rs 800 crore net in North India.

Allu Arjun has taken the world by storm with his portrayal of Pushparaj, earning widespread acclaim. Sukumar, the mastermind behind the film, has delivered a cinematic spectacle. A few deleted scenes which were added in the theatrical release will be added to the digital release as well. DSP has composed the music, while Sam CS has handled the background score.
