Prosenjit Chatterjee and Parambrata Chatterjee to work together in Raja Chanda’s next?

Prosenjit Chatterjee and Parambrata Chatterjee are all geared up for their respective Puja releases – Kacher Manush and Boudi Canteen. While Prosenjit has teamed up with Dev, Ishaa Saha, and Susmita Chatterjee in Pathikrit Basu’s directorial venture, Parambrata has directed and acted in the film that also features Subhashree Ganguly, Anashua Majumder, and Soham Chakraborty. Both the films will hit the theatres on Panchama – September 30. 

Now, the buzz is, the duo will be teaming up for a film. Earlier, they worked together in Parambrata’s Lorai and Srijit Mukherji’s Zulfiqar. As per sources, the film will be directed by Raja Chanda and will be produced by Roadshow Films. The initial talks have started. However, nothing has been finalised yet. Shooting may start after Durga Puja.  

On the other hand, Prasenjit’s next film Prasenjit Weds Rituparna where he stars opposite Rituparna Sengupta is coming soon. The film, directed by Samrat Sarma, will be presented by Prasenjit and Rituparna together. Some new faces will appear in the film, and both superstars are supposed to play cameos. However, detailed information regarding this is yet to come. Prosenjit took to social media to hint that more details may be released soon. 

Meanwhile, Parambrata has been busy shooting in Kolkata as well as Mumbai. The actor worked in Arindam Bhattacharya’s Shibpur opposite Swastika Mukherjee. On the other hand, he will be seen as Feluda in Arindam Sil’s web series Shabash Feluda on Zee5. Meanwhile, he will be travelling to Mumbai to shoot Notary – Kannada filmmaker Pavan Wadeyar’s Bollywood debut.
