Ever since the time the film ‘Adipurush’ was announced, it has been in the news for many reasons. To begin with the film’s budget is definitely the talk of the town. Its being rumoured that, the budget of the film ‘Adipurush’ is nothing less than a staggering Rs. 500 crore. With so much money riding on the film, its needless to say that the makers of the film are leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the film is a sure-fire success at the box-office.
On April 11, the director of the film ‘Adipurush’ Om Raut, along with the film’s producer Bhushan Kumar had met Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. After the meeting, Om Raut took to social media and shared a photograph with the picture with the Chief Minister. In the said photo, it was also seen that, Om Raut was gifting a token of appreciation to Yogi Adityanath. Om Raut had captioned (in Hindi) the photo stating, “The country is made of culture. As a result of the virtues that Raj Mata Jijau gave to Bal Shivaji Raje in his childhood, he emerged as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the flag bearer of Hindavi Swaraj. I find it incredible to be presenting the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Raj Mata Jijau to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Mr. Yogi Adityanath. #HarHarMahadev”.
Meanwhile, today, the producers of Prabhas starrer Adipurush’s met with Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. As per a news report in news 18, its being reported that, Eknath Shinde saw the trailer of the Prabhas-Kriti Sanon starrer ‘Adipurush’. And after watching the film’s trailer, the trio discussed a number of things, including exchanging a profound insight around the values and cultural heritage of India that is perfectly presented in this magnum opus. Earlier, it was Kriti Sanon was spotted visiting Panchvati near Nashik in order to seek blessings at the Sita Gufa and Kalaram Mandir. She was accompanied by the musical duo Sachet-Parampara.
The much-awaited film ‘Adipurush’ is now being readied for a theatrical release on June 16 this year.
