Both the films, Pizza 4 and Indru Netru Naalai sequel, will be bankrolled under the banner Thirukumaran Entertainment

Producer CV Kumar has announced two projects, a fourth instalment in the horror franchise Pizza and a sequel to Indru Netru Naalai, on Friday. Both the films will be bankrolled under the banner Thirukumaran Entertainment.
Backed by Thirukumaran Entertainment and Thangam Cinemas, the sequel will be directed by Bharath Mohan. However, Ayalaan director Ravikumar, who helmed the first part, will be writing the story of the film, which will also revolve around time travel like the first one.
Indru Netru Naalai released in 2015 and received positive reception. The sequel will be shot by cinematographer Ballu who has worked in films like Ghajinikanth, Ippadikku Kadhal and Poikkaal Kudhirai. The cast and crew of the film are expected to be announced soon, with the shooting to begin in June.
Talking about the film, director Bharath Mohan said that Indru Netru Naalai released in 2015 and attracted a lot of audience for its plot. “It is a great pleasure to direct its sequel. A time travel story, 'Indru Netru Naalai 2' will also find a place in the hearts of the fans,” he added.
CV Kumar also announced a new instalment in the horror film franchise, Pizza 4. It stars Abi Hassan in the lead role and the film went on floors in January. The story and screenplay have been written by SJ Arjun who has worked in films like Ratsasan, Mark Antony, and Soodhu Kavvum 2. Details of the director, other cast members and technical team will be revealed soon.
Expressing happiness about acting in Pizza 4, Abi Hassan said, "Knowing producer CV Kumar since childhood, it's a great pleasure and honour to act in his film for the first time. I am happy that he has chosen me for Pizza 4 as he is reputed for promoting quality stories and talented youngsters."

Pizza is a horror film franchise. The first part starred Vijay Sethupathi and was directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The second part starred Ashok Selvan and the third part featured Ashwin Kakamanu.
