Priyanka Chopra says 'We have a lot more jugaad in Bollywood’ while Hollywood is ....

Global star Priyanka Chopra is currently busy shooting for her upcoming show, Citadel 2. Recently, the actress visited India and attended the launch of her new brand. Now, I’m a recent interview, the Barfi actress opened up about the big difference between Hollywood and the Bollywood industry as she talked about working in both. 

Priyanka Chopra on the difference between Bollywood and Hollywood

In a conversation with Forbes India, Priyanka Chopra said that she thinks every country in general is different and all have their own cultural things that people like and the way all work. She further talked about the big difference and said, "I think the one big difference I have noticed between Hollywood and Bollywood is Hollywood has so much paperwork. 100 emails that will come to you before the next day. Timings are very specific… it depends on what time you wrapped the night before. There's no room to play unless you are working with a filmmaker like that. It is really tight and very organized.”

She further added, “We have a lot more ‘jugaad’ (winging it) and get stuff done. We are like a little romantic about it like ‘Arey ho jayega, kar lenge (We will get it done),’ so it is like a very different way of working but that is also true to the countries themselves." She then said that the creativity here can be super organic sometimes. It is the only difference that she sees and apart from this the filmmaking around the world speaks the same language, said the actor.

Priyanka Chopra's upcoming projects

On the professional front, Priyanka Chopra was last seen in Netflix's American romantic-comedy Love Again. She now has Heads of State, featuring Idris Elba and John Cena, and The Bluff in her kitty. The actress will also be seen in Citadel 2.
