Prateek Kuhad's 'Cold/Mess' finds its way into a crucial scene of Ted Lasso, the Emmy winning series of Apple TV+; Desis react

Indian singer and musician Prateek Kuhad's popular 2018 song 'Cold/Mess' featured on the latest episode of Emmy winning Apple TV+ series Ted Lasso. Episode 11 of season two 'Midnight train to Royston' of the series had Kuhad's single playing in the backdrop of a crucial scene between actors Brett Goldstien and Juno Temple who famously play the Richmond couple Roy Kent and Keeley Jones. 

Cold/Mess featured as a fitting tune in the background of the seen where the couple is in the middle of a photoshoot for a magazine and looking at each other they confess some hard truths to each other which might later be seen impacting their relationship. As soon as the episode dropped on Apple TV+ on Friday, Indian fans couldn't contain their excitement at finding Kudhad's song finding its way into Ted Lasso.

The sports comedy series which sweeped the Emmy Awards this season is headlined by Jason Sudeikis as Ted Lasso the Americian football coach of a British team AFC Richmond and Hannah Waddingham as Rebecca Welton the owner of the football club.

As for Prateek's single 'Cold Mess', thi isn't the first international nod for the singer's 2018 original. The song was one of the songs of former U.S. President Barak Obama's 'Favorite Music of 2019' list. The singer has also sung popular songs like 'Kasoor', 'Tum Jab Pass', 'Dil Beperwah', 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahan'.
