Pradhan: Here is what Paran Bandyopadhyay has to say about Dev

After the film Tonic, Paran Bandyopadhyay has teamed up with Dev once again in the film Pradhan. Tonic was a super hit film. Now, everyone waits to see how Pradhan performs. However, Paran said that their pair is a hit off-screen also.

How did the pair happen? Paran Bandyopadhyay, in an interview with Sangbad Pratidin, said, “Our pair happened on its own. Atanu (Roychoudhury, producer) and Abhijit (Sen, director) told me that I must do Tonic, otherwise, they would not make the film. Initially, seeing the mountains, I asked them not to drag me that far, but I had to give in to their love. Dev also told me not to worry about mountains since he was there.”

He also said, “Besides being a superstar, Dev seemed, besides being a superstar, a down-to-earth person. He had to be loved. Being a superstar, he said that he had problems with his accent and asked me to manage it. I understood that he did not forget his roots. I loved that.” 

In Pradhan, Paran Banerjee will play a teacher and in his house, Dev will come as a tenant. Mamata Shankar will play his wife. 

Pradhan will be released on December 22. Soham Chakraborty will play an important role here. Soumitrisha Kundu will make her film debut with Pradhan. Dev's character's name is Deepak Pradhan and he will play a cop. The trailer will be released on December 4.
