Prabhas-Siddharth Anand film hits a roadblock, here's what we know

Ever since the producers of Mythri Movie Makers met director Siddharth Anand in Mumbai, news came out that they are making a film with Prabhas and Siddharth will direct it. Well, the news was confirmed by the team of Mythri Movie Makers who also paid a hefty advance to Siddharth.

Well, the news now coming in from the film circles in Tollywood suggests that the film has been shelved as Siddharth Anand has returned the advance paid by Mythri Movie Makers. The noted banner had paid a huge sum as advance to this director in the month of March to direct Prabhas and Hrithik but as he is busy with other commitments, he has returned the money.

As per the news, Yash Raj Films and UV Creations which is Prabhas's home banner came forward to produce this film on a massive scale. This is the first time that these big banners joined hands. Siddharth Anand has been a regular at Yash Raj Films and has just done a film called Fighter with Hrithik. Things were set and the pre-production was also on but now things have hit a roadblock.

On the other hand, Prabhas is gearing up with the release of Adipurush which will be out on the 16th of June. Apart from this, Prabhas is almost done with Prashanth Neel's Salaar which will be out in September. Prabhas also has Project K and a film with director Maruthi on the floors. Prabhas and Hrithik Roshan are the two biggest action stars in Indian cinema and it would have been one hell of a project if this film would have materialized.
