Shruti Haasan is currently one of the busiest actors in the country with not one but multiple high-profile projects in her kitty. There’s the Telugu-Kannada bilingual Salaar with the makers of K.G.F: Chapter 2, and two Telugu big films in the form of the untitled project with Nandamuri Balakrishna (currently titled NBK 107) and mega star Chiranjeevi’s 154th film that’s tentatively titled Chiru 154. During this intense phase of work, Shruti spoke to the media to dish out a few interesting things about her colleagues, her super tight work schedules, and more.

Speaking to Pinkvila, Shruti Haasan said of her Salaar co-star Prabhas that he is a ‘chilled out’ guy who makes everyone comfortable around him. Haasan added that the two weren’t all that well-acquainted before the shoot began but were able to forge a really good friendship over the making of Salaar, calling him super friendly.

Prabhas is known for his magnanimity, especially when it comes to treating people around him with great food. Very recently, reports revealed that the Adipurush actor had treated Shruti Haasan and the team of Salaar to exquisite food items like kebabs, mandi biryani, and some amazing desserts. Haasan too has alluded a number of times to the fact that the whole vibe on the sets of Salaar has been really good and that she enjoys working with Prabhas and director Prashanth Neel.

In the same recent interview with Pinkvilla, Shruti Haasan said that she has been awe of the world that Prashanth Neel created in the KGF films and ‘really liked how successfully he creates these worlds, stories, and characters’. “I have always admired that about him and it’s wonderful to see his that (his vision) come to life in front of my eyes. It’s almost liberating to go with the flow because you have somebody who is so specific already. Then it just becomes about what you can add and bring to the table,” said Shruti Haasan.

Salaar is currently in the making and is expected to release in 2023. Prashanth Neel, following the mega success of K.G.F: Chapter 2, is working for the third straight time with Hombale Films and once he wraps up the film, the Jr. NTR project in Telugu will be going on floors.
