Power of Paanch is an upcoming series that features Riva Arora, Aditya Raj Arora, Jaiveer Juneja, Bianca Arora, Yash Sehgal, Urvashi Dholakia, Barkha Bisht, Tanvi Gadkari, Anubha Arora, Omar Kandhari, Sagar Dholakia, Pankaj Vishnu and Inder Bajwa among others. The series, set against the backdrop of Panchgiri, is backed by Ektaa R Kapoor. It promises a mix of mystery, magic, and some untold truths. When and where to watch Power of Paanch?
The Ektaa Kapoor-backed series is all set to release on Disney+ Hotstar on January 17, 2025. The makers released the trailer of the show recently and it offered a glimpse of the magical world. The story revolves around Bela (Riva Arora), a young girl whose search for her estranged mother plunges her into a world of undiscovered magic and surprising confrontations filled with supernatural elements.
Sharing the trailer on social media, the streaming platform wrote, "Vaayu, Agni, Jal, Prithvi jab aayenge saath tab khulega #PowerOfPaanch ka raaz! Streaming from Jan 17 #PowerOfPaanchOnHotstar." Fans were elated to watch the trailer. One fan commented, "I was manifesting from long time that why people are not making flim or show on panch tatva and today this happened. Universe is great." Riva Arora talks about Power of Paanch
In a statement earlier, Riva said that she has outdone herself in the show and is hoping that the audience loves it. She said, "Playing such a dynamic character with superpowers that is also relatable has always been on my mind and I am over the moon that with Power of Paanch it was ticked off. I truly believe that with a show of such scale I have outdone myself when it comes to acting and made great friends with my co-stars. This is a show that will not only entertain but also leave viewers reflecting on their relationships, friendships and inner strength. I hope that Power of Paanch will stay with viewers longer than what we have even dreamed of."
Urvashi Dholakia, who has previously worked with Ektaa Kapoor in television serials, also expressed her excitement about reuniting with her. She shared, "It’s always a joy collaborating with Ektaa, with whom I share a longstanding and special association. She has an innate knack for creating characters that are relatable yet impactful, and my role in Power of Paanch is no exception. As an actor, I’ve always believed in giving a voice to strong and diverse characters.
