The promotional activities of Ponniyin Selvan 2's cast in other states come to an end today. The lead actors were present at the press interaction which happened at Mumbai a few hours ago. Trisha spoke about how working in the movie changed her in many ways, leaving her fans excited.
The actress said that she will cherish all the memories she had while working for the magnum opus. Ponniyin Selvan has been special for her as it's seldom that she gets to meet other actors. Being part of this multi-starrer was a blessing for her.
Trisha said, "It's not often that we actors meet each other regularly. The film, which was made in two parts, features several talented actors and we got closer during the promotional tours. We hardly got close on set because all of us were stressed over different things like costumes and hairstyle."
She added that above all, they were curious about their performances. "We were not sure if we were delivering our dialogues properly. There have been quite a few emotional moments we went through last week during our promotional tour. We laughed crazily and cried a lot. In fact, I started having withdrawal symptoms whenever these guys were not around," she said.
Trisha, who plays Kundavai in the film, said that she's quite thankful for everything she gained owing to her association with the project and added that it was such a privilege to be on the stage sharing with wonderful people and interacting with the press.
Her scene with Aishwarya Rai was one of the highlights of PS 1. Fans are looking forward to know if the two actresses will share screen space this time as well. Trisha has shared a picture clicked with Aishwarya after the press interaction on her Twitter page, leaving both their admirers elated.
